1. About us
   These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Bridge Capital Trade website.
   Bridge Capital Trade is the trade finance division of Bridge Capital B.V.
   ("Bridge Capital", "we", "us"), a company registered in Rotterdam, the
   Netherlands, with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94782431,
   email info@bridge-capital.eu.

2. Acceptance
   By accessing or using this website, or by submitting a transaction through it,
   you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy
   Policy and our Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms,
   you must not use this website.

3. We are an arranger, not a lender
   We arrange short-term, self-liquidating finance for commodity traders through
   third-party funders. We do not lend money ourselves. Submitting a transaction
   or enquiry through this website does not create an offer, commitment or
   guarantee of finance, and does not create an obligation for us or for any
   funder. All financing is provided by third-party funders and is subject to
   their own due diligence, KYC/AML checks and credit approval.

4. Who may use this website
   This website is intended for businesses and their authorised representatives.
   By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you act for
   a company, that you are authorised to do so.

5. Information on this website
   The content of this website is general information only. It is not financial,
   legal, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We aim
   to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or
   current. Eligibility criteria and the commodities and structures we work with
   may change without notice.

6. Submitting a transaction
   You agree that the information you submit is accurate, complete and not
   misleading, and that you have the right to share it with us and with funders.
   We may decline any submission without giving reasons. We may share the
   information you submit with funders in order to arrange finance, as described in
   our Privacy Policy. Any fees for our services are payable only under a separate
   written agreement with you.

7. Acceptable use
   You agree not to misuse this website. In particular, you must not submit false
   or fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or
   its systems, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to collect
   content from it.

8. Intellectual property
   The content of this website, including text, design, logos and the Bridge
   Capital name, belongs to Bridge Capital B.V. or its licensors. You may view it
   for your own business purposes but may not copy, reproduce or distribute it
   without our written permission.

9. Third-party links
   This website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not
   responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability
    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your
    use of, or reliance on, this website, or from any decision by a funder to offer
    or decline finance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for
    intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under
    applicable law.

11. Availability
    We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or
    free of errors.

12. Changes
    We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they
    were last changed. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated
    terms.

13. Governing law
    These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive
    jurisdiction of the competent court in Rotterdam.
